UNITED NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT, INC. The Parent Company of SUPERGAMES.
Mr. G. David Yarber was born in Marianna, Arkansas, and proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Navy following his graduation from Lee High School. His military career instilled in him a deep sense of duty, discipline, and compassion—values he carried back to his hometown.
Witnessing the persistent poverty in the Arkansas Delta, David knew that true change would require action. In 2004, he co-founded United Neighborhood Improvement Inc., where he now serves as President. Through this nonprofit, David has made it his mission to uplift families, support youth, and strengthen communities across one of the most disadvantaged regions in the nation.
Driven by purpose and rooted in service, David Yarber continues to be a steadfast advocate for those who are often overlooked, working every day to create opportunity, dignity, and hope.

Tomica Ferguson is a dedicated community advocate with a background in administrative support and social services. Raised in Brinkley, Arkansas, she studied Administrative Assistance at Grayson County College in Denison, Texas. During her time there, she worked as a Residential Advisor at the Grayson County Shelter, gaining hands-on experience supporting individuals and families in need.
After spending several years in Las Vegas, Nevada, Tomica returned to Arkansas and settled in Forrest City. She now serves as Secretary for U.N.I., where she continues her passion for helping others and improving the quality of life in underserved communities.
Dorimell is a pillar of our community. Her commitment to help others and improve her surroundings was instilled in her at a young age by her late mother, Mrs. Clarnelle Hopkins of West Memphis, Arkansas
Dorimell is the owner of The Tax Clinic, Tax Preparation Service, running for over 10 years. She is also the Co-founder of United Neighborhood Improvement, Inc
She created projects such as our children's afterschool and summer feeding programs, collected coats for the homeless, toys for kids, helped with our fundraisers and established many community outreach events. Dorimell continues to search for solutions to community problems. Recently, she quickly jumped into action by gathering drinking water for kids in her local area during a severe water outage.
Her contribution to U.N.I. is invaluable.
Darlene Gowder enjoys connecting with others and offering a helping hand, whether it’s through assisting with grocery shopping, paying a friend's bills, or giving a listening ear.
Mrs. Gowder is always there to pass on a bit of kindness which, she says, rewards her in so many ways beyond material value. She realizes that a simple act of kindness can warm anyone's heart and make their day.
She believes that doing something small for others is the beginning of something big. She finds ways to express her love to others, and she commits to the cause of U.N.I. to change the lives of families in Arkansas.
She thanks God for her journey and outlook on life.
