Helping others is what Darlene Gowder does; she enjoys connecting with others and improving their lives by giving a helping hand. Whether it’s grocery shopping, paying bills, or just giving a listening ear.
Mrs. Gowder will be there to pass on a bit of kindness which is rewarding to her and the person she is helping. She realizes that a simple act of kindness can put a smile and a warm feeling in someone’s heart and improve their day.
She believes that doing something small for others is the beginning of something big. She finds ways to express her love to others, and she is committed to the cause of UNI. This is why she volunteers to help (UNI) United Neighborhood Improvement Inc. change the lives of families in Arkansas.
She thanks God for her journey of help
Dorimell is a pillar of our community. Her commitment to help others and to improved her surroundings was instilled in her at a young age by her late mother Ms. Clarnelle Hopkins of West Memphis, Arkansas
Dorimell is the owner of The Tax Clinic, Tax Preparation Service for over 10 years. She is also the Co-founder of United Neighborhood Improvement, Inc
She has created programs such as our children's afterschool feeding program and summer feeding program; collecting coats for the homeless, collecting toys for kids, fundraising and many community outreach events. Dorimell continues to search for solutions to community problems, just recently she quickly jumped into action by collecting badly needed drinking water for kids in the local area during a severe water outage.
Her contribution the U.N.I is invaluable.

Tevin Williams studied at California State University, Fullerton, California, is a Recording Engineer at B & P Studios - BbgStudios, an Artist with UnitedMasters, and the owner of Doggone Dog restaurant in Marianna, Arkansas.
I could go on and on about his accolades, but most importantly, he has the heart to give back to his Community. He believes in Unity in the Community and strives to make a difference in the lives of children; Tevin does not sit on the sidelines and watch others; he is a man of action, and he believes in being a part of the solution.
He believes in bringing light to dark places. He believes that together we can make an enormous impact. He brings his love and entrepreneurial spirit to (UNI) United Neighborhood Improvement Inc. youths by teaching the children the ins and outs of music, from recording to publishing.
